SELF-PAY: Benefits of self-pay include increased flexibility with treatment frequency, duration, and focus. In addition, this option allows you to receive treatment without needing a diagnosis for insurance claims.

OUT-OF-NETWORK with MENTAYA: I am an "out-of-network" provider for most PPO insurance plans. If you have out-of-network benefits, you will likely be reimbursed a significant portion of my fee. Use the Mentaya feature above to find out how much you can be reimbursed for therapy. If you have OON benefits, I can submit claims on your behalf to receive reimbursement! Please note: if your insurance card says "HMO" this tool may not work for you.
