So glad you are here!

Finding a therapist can be daunting and a bit overwhelming. There are many of us to choose from, and it takes courage to set up that first appointment. To see if I might be a good fit for you, please contact me to set up a free 15 minute phone call. I'd love to know what is bringing you to seek therapy, and answer any questions you may have.

If we decide to work together, our first visit will focus on your background, your current struggles, and desired treatment outcomes. Deciding to begin therapy is an investment; I encourage clients to begin therapy on a weekly basis to maximize connection and build momentum towards your goals, but our frequency can be flexible depending on your needs.
