EMDR Therapy
Our sessions will be 90 minutes long. Why? Due to the structure of EMDR, the extra time allows for us to go through the phases at an appropriate pace, and prevents time limitations from interrupting the process. No more waiting a full week in between sessions to feel better.

What are the benefits of EMDR?
TIME: Extended sessions allows you to foster change quickly, in as little as one or two sessions.
FLEXIBILITY: Scheduling that allow you to skip the traditional weekly therapy model.
CHANGE: People report feeling relief after EMDR that they could not feel after years of traditional talk therapy
NOVELTY: This has a very different feel to it than regular therapy. It will have a structured flow you may enjoy, but is tailored to you.
