EMDR Therapy

Our sessions will be 50 or 90 minutes long. Due to the structure of EMDR, the extra time allows for us to go through the phases at an appropriate pace, and prevents time limitations from interrupting the process. The sessions are structured and collaborative.

In-person sessions in Austin, TX and Online sessions across Massachusetts

What are the benefits of EMDR? Understanding and healing

TIME: EMDR helps you to foster change quickly, in as little as a handful of sessions depending on how many distressing events you want to address.

CHANGE: People report feeling relief after EMDR that they could not feel after years of traditional talk therapy.

GUIDED: Ever feel like you don't know what to talk about in therapy? I got you. EMDR allows for collaborative and focused treatment goals.

NOVELTY: This has a very different feel to it than regular therapy. It will have a structured flow you may enjoy, but is tailored to you.
